It was a cloudy Wednesday, and I had mail blinking inside my box. I got a letter from Bradley, who had given me a Dirt Clod Wall. Thanks for the gift.
So Anchovy was the first animal I spoken to, and this picture had Rolf’s head peeking in the background. haha
It turns out that Rolf was stuck outside, because he happened to lose his key by the river. I had to help him out, so it wouldn’t get in the way.
Meanwhile, after turning my errand on and off for Rolf, I came down and stumbled across Blanca. He was still my guest animal since yesterday, so I had to draw him a new face. Blanca wanted a “cool” look for his face. I really didn’t have anything cool for him.
I decided to do something else. I was thinking of some of my favorite animals, and I thought more of Poppy the squirrel. I colored in the face, and tried thinking of Poppy’s face. Ta-dah!
It didn’t really look like Poppy on Blanca’s face, but the looks of it, I think I did a good job.
I continued on with Rolf’s key issue, so sure enough I got it. Rolf gives me 600 bells for my prize.
I also did a job for Derwin. He wanted to give a present to Cyrano who happen to live next door. I find it really strange that Cyrano and Derwin had the same weird fish furniture.
Tom Nook was thinking of changing his store again. It’s been 3 weeks already, so he wanted to think of changing it. I went for balance this time. It wasn’t really what I wanted, but it will increase my luck on finding more furniture I needed.
I didn’t have to worry for Pete today, I decided to end the game.

I started the game, and just saw my mailbox blinking. I shared my “fear” emotion, because I was hoping it wasn’t that letter from a favorite villager of mine.
But thankfully, it was just Brian. A friend from my roster.
I checked on Anchovy, and surprisingly, he was still there! :) I talked to him, and sure enough I was told to give a present to Kitty.
He gave her a Skull shirt. She didn’t really mind the present, but instead I got rewarded with Kitchen Tile.
I had Pascal at my town today. Of course, Cyrano tells me that he was visiting the town.
I checked the city, to see if Moe was still wandering around. But this time, he was nowhere, all I saw was chickens and dogs. Some were Blaire and Peanut.
Bettina wanted me to yet catch her another fish. She seriously had 3 fish and 1 bug in her house, and now she wants me to catch her a Horse Mackerel. I guess I’m going to nickname her “Pet lover Bettina”
There wasn’t a lot going on the town, just glad Anchovy is still my neighbor.
I ended the game today.

Today was a nice day, and also today was the Flea Market. I don’t participate on these mini events, but there are times that I do, but mostly not. :p
It’s been a week since Anchovy told me that he was going to move, but then suddenly, he caught my eye to talk to me. He said that he wanted to try moving out again! It surprised me, I tried again to make him stay. He finally gave me his answer.
Upon saying that, does that really mean he’s going to stay? Anchovy added that he still needs to think about getting his mind off moving out of Tropical first, so it’s still not the official answer. Oh boy, here we go again….. D:
So today was Sunday, which means the emotions are different. I came to the city to check out what kinds were in the Marquee. There weren’t really ones I wanted, but I went on to change some of my emotion to something else. I got “Fear”. I fear Anchovy moving out of my town.
I wanted to know why Anchovy wanted to move out again. Just then, I saw some cats walking around, I talked to one of them. I saw a cat called Moe, so I chat with him. If you noticed something different about him, he’s wearing a Pacman shirt made by Olivia. So this means one of Olivia’s animals moved out of her town Anville, and was looking for a new home.
I guess that’s why Anchovy was thinking of moving again.
I came back to Tropical to continue my gameplay. I sold the fish that I caught yesterday while looking for Bettina’s Barber Steed, but didn’t find it. I decided to try searching again. I finally got one, and gave it to Bettina.
Yesterday, I made my new design a little earlier. I didn’t want to keep waiting until next month, so I wanted to make it this month instead. This is my Kirby design that I made a lot quicker. It’s a pretty big sprite if you ask me. haha
I continued trying to check on Anchovy. There is another thing that isn’t funny anymore. Them saying “in my wool”. It was pretty funny when Baabara said it, not my other animals, because they don’t have wool. xD
I tried talking it over, even if he said that he’s staying, but it’s not the answer I wanted. Now this week I’m going to worry about him moving out again. T-T
I saved the game for Sunday.

It was a cloudy day, but no rain yet. I checked on Anchovy to make sure he doesn’t pack, otherwise I’d keep checking him when I start playing.
The good thing was that he didn’t even packed anything! I think I saved Anchovy from moving out. :) He just mentioned how Rolf and Sterling were close friends.
Meanwhile Iggly was feeling a little better, but still shivering. I gave him the medicine anyways.
Victoria was saying that there were rumors of Yutang, a character from Brian’s town Jannali. She says that he was a “wet fisher”. o_o
Later that night, I headed to Jeff’s town Forest. I fooled around with him saying that I was someone else, because I changed my blue hair into brown hair. We love to joke around like that. haha
Jeff had Saharah visiting his town, so while he was searching for some wallpaper, I decided to do some fishing. I even met up with his newest animal Anabelle (Peppy Anteater/armadillo/shrew/pangolin villager)
Jeff found me and Anabelle hanging out together, so I ended up looking at the stars. Just then I remembered that I wanted to see one of Jeff’s constellations so they can appear at my town. I chose Orange that looked rather stunning. It was a nice one.
We were quiet for a while, until one of Jeff’s friends, Jon came over. As I saw them saying that it’s been a long time, I guess it’s been a long time since they played together. I met Jon as well.
Jon, Jeff, and I went around the town, we joked around with the watering cans wetting our diapers. Jon fell in Jeff’s pitfalls. :p
He went down to Bob’s but then fell in his 2nd pitfall. Then much much later, he fell in the 3rd pitfall.
We had our rods float in the pond for a while, we didn’t know why.
We got all tired, later on Jeff ended the party.
I came back, and went inside the roost. I see Phyllis talking to her beloved coffee, enjoying her break. So I joined in the coffee break, drank up some before ending the game.

Today it was a rainy day at my town Tropical.
I saw my animals walking everywhere by where my house was, and just then, Kitty was surprised to see me. I came to chat with her. Sure enough, she was thinking of moving out of my town…… Ughh I thought this was Anchovy moving out….
I’m not very sure if Kitty should move out or not, because I listed her as one of my favorites. I don’t want them to move out, just the ones I don’t care about like Alice or Victoria.
I was in a confused status. I came over to Anchovy’s house, and yet he continued this whole different topic nonsense. Was he going to move out or not? ????
After being very confused for a while, Bettina was thinking about visiting me. I told her to come over to my house around 5:10. Too bad she didn’t want to come over earlier, as I tried planning.
I ended my game that afternoon, until later that evening.
It was 5:03 when the game started. I hung out inside my house, until 7 minutes later. So Bettina came inside to hang out looking around the blue themed room.
She asked me how many times I moved, so I told her once. It was only for City Folk, but if I happen to move out of my Gamecube town, then it was twice. :p
It was a short visit from Bettina, she left, after I fixed up some things down my basement.
It continued to rain, taking care of my flowers. I went to try catching a Coelecanth.
This was quite difficult. Now the fish had different shadow sizes, from tiny, to small, to medium, and to large. Now the sea bass were the most annoying fish to catch in the game. The game made this fish into “The troll fish”, due to the fact that the size of it is much larger than gamecube’s. So this means that Sea Bass are large in this game.
I had a hard time finding the Coelecanth. It’s been almost half of the next hour for me to try finding it. Most of the large shadows of fish were Sea Bass. The rare fish appearance, was extremely low. There were too much small fish, and mediums that I didn’t want.
Fishing on City Folk was pretty challenging. My friend Jeff told me that bug catching was far more better than fishing. It will be my first time catching the summer bugs.
I decided to end the game anyways. Maybe next time. Also Wendell was our guest animal to appear today.

I played earlier this time. I was worried to go near Anchovy’s house, but sure enough, he wasn’t inside. Usually animals are kept inside the house packing up after a few days, but I’m glad Anchovy was still here.
I searched for him and found him. I still had some trouble telling him to stay in my town, yet he would continue blabbering about other topics and things.
The weather was a bit depressing, but I want the rain to water my flowers. haha
I looked around my town anyways, and there weren’t even any visitors.
There was a racing helmet that would look nice for Matteo, so I bought it and left it by his home, if I ever play him.
Iggly was still sick, so I went to Nook’n Go, and gave him the medicine. Get well buddy.
The passed few days, I was thinking Poppy would still make her rounds around the city, so I went there to check if she was still looking for a home. Right now, my favorite animal is endangered of moving out soon.
There was something different about Poppy this time. The Poppy I saw was wearing a Yoshi shirt. This one was wearing a Rally shirt. So it means that Elliot’s Poppy was no longer at the city anymore and maybe found her new home.
So that was nothing to worry about anymore, but I am most concerned of Anchovy trying to move out of Tropical. It looks like I’d have only much little time of stopping him.
I came home, and continued talking to him. He wanted to play a game of Hide and Seek. I accepted the game, and this was the most shortest game ever. I found Alice first, then at the other side of the museum, Anchovy was found behind a tree. I later went to find Rolf, after walking all over my acre, I saw him behind the bulletins. My reward was a Mega Squelchoid.
After taking a snapshot of Alice, me and Anchovy all sad, I ended the game for today.
I might play again tonight, and if things happen, I will share a new one tomorrow.

I started my game around 4pm, not very early, but still the time to play. I looked in Anchovy’s house, apparently he wasn’t in the house. I searched for my friend, but I also saw Kaitlin searching for her kitten.
I actually saw her yesterday, so she was trying to find Katie who was in Jeff’s town Forest. I couldn’t return her, because I had to go somewhere. So today, I’ll let Jeff bring over Katie tonight.
There I saw Anchovy walking around. Now was the chance to stop him from moving out. I began this whole extended stay with Anchovy all day. I tried the hardest to force him to make up his mind, I followed him everywhere, trying to make him forget about moving, but my luck wasn’t going very well.
He talked about many different topics, it was that bad. Here’s his first saying when I saw him today.
I went inside houses, and even went to my house, so Anchovy could say something else. This was very hard to do.
While I was trying my very best to stop Anchovy, I saw Alice wanting me to change her greeting. I went with this.
I kept on trying to get Anchovy to stay, and still unlucky conversations. It feels like he has ignored it, and just wanted me to forget about it.
That night, I continued talking to him. I also opened my gates so Jeff could bring over Katie. When he came, he forgot about the kitten at his town, so went back to get her. xD
The two cats reunited later on, then again, I’m not in the cutscene. :p
Jeff didn’t really stay at my town, it was only to drop Katie to her mother. I said goodbye to him, and continued talking to Anchovy.
It didn’t work for me. I also didn’t want to irritate him, so I guess I gave up by the time it was 7pm.

Here is when I gave up.

I began to play the game around 12:30, and got some lame HRA mail. It wasn’t anything worth reading since I’ve added new things in the house. I just scored somewhere in the 10,000. Not very exciting.
Anchovy noticed me, and came over to talk. Now this is something I didn’t want him to do… Move. I couldn’t get him to stay in Tropical, because he kept changing the topic, and trust me, I tried so many times. I went in and out of animal’s and my house, and still he said something else.
It was Sunday today, so I headed to the city. As I arrived, I saw Poppy wandering around there, but she was wearing a Yoshi design, made by Elliot. So that means this was Elliot’s Poppy.
I think this is my very close chance of me getting Poppy! But the sad thing was that one of my favorite villagers had to be the one moving. I wanted someone else to move, not Anchovy… :/
I checked the theater for the emotions, but nothing was good. There was another thing I discovered.
I know Poppy is the one always present in the city, but there was also Drake the duck. I had two animals to pick. I can either get Poppy, or I could get Drake. Because I know there was something different about Drake’s outfit, and it was a white shirt. Originally he wears a folk shirt. Aww man… which one will I get??
I came to Tropical again, and Rolf’s weird obsession with Matteo came up. Seriously, he talks about Matteo waaayy too much. He wanted to give him yet another message. And so I had to switch into Matteo to give him the right message.
Rolf gave Matteo a Mugho bonsai as a gift.
After giving Matteo his own emotion at the city, I decided to end the game at the city.
So I’m getting my favorite animal, and losing my other favorite animal.. This Sunday is really mixed up today.

The sky was clear tonight, and everyone was inside of their homes. (The animals that lived close by me,) I went inside the Able Sister’s shop, and found some good matching outfits, I decided to wear.
My blue hair was losing it’s glam, so I went to change it for once. It was almost summertime, so I decided to go to the city so I can change up the hair color with something that fits summertime. I knew fiery will make it orange or something, I didn’t want to change it into pink. I just settled for brown hair.
Everything at the city was still this week, so tomorrow emotions will switch. I came home, and went to go listen to K.K. Slider for the night.
I was feeling “lazy” today, K.K. popped out Aloha K.K. It seemed very appropriate on how my mood is today. xD
I went to talk to Cyrano. He sent me a present for Derwin. The shirt wasn’t fitting for a blue duck, because it was just a chain-gang shirt.
I had to let Cyrano approve, and just my luck, I got a Green Table! So that completes some of the green furniture.
It was the Fishing Tourney today. But I didn’t bother to participate this time. And once again, Chip destroyed my designs on the ground. grrrr…
And that ended my game for today. I’m still on the search for more green furniture, so hopefully if I help more animals tomorrow.

It was raining as I started the game. It looked like a lot was pouring, and I knew it would be good enough to catch a Coelecanth. I tried finding one, however the time was almost reaching to the next hour.
Pascal was standing in one of my bridges, but I didn’t bother talking to the otter.
I decided to try out fishing later, and talked to one of my animals. I talked with Derwin, and he was thinking instead of raindrops, he would prefer gumdrops to fall from the sky. I think that’s going to hurt. :p
I only spoke to a few of the animals, just then, the rain was getting less drops, and the next hour was going by. I was unlucky to try finding the Coelecanth. The thing I liked in gamecube was it continually rains, and you can have a lot of chances of catching one. On this game, too bad. It was 5pm as Sterling puts his umbrella away and after I caught a snail earlier.
Later that night, I headed over to Jeff’s town Forest to play. We hung out for a while, until someone was coming in. Jeff’s new friend Brian played in Forest for the first time.
So Jeff was going to lead us to a game he came up, until Olivia showed up 5 minutes later. It’s been a while since she came to play, so the Queen was there again. :)
Jeff lead us to the square of flowers for the game, and we had to stand above them. Whoever kills the most flowers wins the game. So I was suppose to hold the run button to run, however, I was totally messed up on the game. I picked up tiles and picked up the roses and flowers by accident. Brian beat me as I failed the game. D:
Jeff gave Brian the two prizes, which contained a Silver Slingshot, and 10,000 bells. Even if I lost, I still had fun. haha :p
Olivia fell into Jeff’s traps again! xD
So later, since it was Brian’s first time in Forest, Jeff gave him a tour in his house, and Scott’s house. Olivia’s batteries were dying, and she had to stand there while we were hanging out at Jeff’s house.
Olivia was able to catch up with us, and we did the weird glitch, however I didn’t wear my blue star shirt. oops.
Jeff showed Brian his obstacle course at Scott’s house, and we all went to hang out in there.
We played with the Dharma intruments and just stayed in the middle for a while. Brian added us in his roster before he would leave Forest.
He lived in Australia, as he told us on the way to the gates. He was a friendly mate. :) It was very nice meeting him.
After meeting Brian and having fun, it was the Triforce Trio again.
Olivia was falling asleep while Jeff, continued pitfalling her as always. O no! Poor O!
We were just hanging out by the gate, Jeff pushing me, hitting me and Olivia with nets, until 12am. (not to mention Jeff also pitfalled me. :p)
After that, Jeff ended the party. It was fun playing with him, Olivia and Brian tonight.
I came home to Tropical, and it was raining again! I was glad the rain continued on with my flowers, but the whole fun at Forest made me tired. I guess I’ll fish for the Coelecanth some other time.
